1. Offer Overview

1.1 Purchase two (2) or more standard 30ml servings of any of the following The Balvenie Scotch Whisky variants in a single invoice to qualify for entry:

• The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old
• The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old

1.2 This offer is valid only at participating outlets in India.

1.3. Offer period: 5th Feb 2026 – 31st March 2026

2. Prizes

2.1. Distillery Trip Prize (04 Winners Across India)

Four (4) winners across India will each receive a distillery experience for two (2) to The Balvenie Distillery, Dufftown, Scotland, in 2026, including:

• Return business-class airfare for two persons
• 4-star or 5-star hotel accommodation (1 night, 2 days)
• Guided tour and private tasting experience at The Balvenie Distillery
• Daily food & beverage / local travel allowance of ₹15,000 per day (for two persons)
• Visa assistance and processing by WG&SI (valid passport required)

2.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Open only to individuals of legal drinking age as per applicable state laws in India.

3.2. Valid only at participating licensed outlets.

3.3. Employees, promoters, distributors, retail staff, agency partners, and individuals directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.4. Proof of age may be required at the time of participation and prize redemption.

4. Participation Criteria

4.1. A minimum purchase of two (2) standard 30ml servings of eligible The Balvenie variants in one (1) bill is required for one (1) entry.

4.2. One entry permitted per invoice.

4.3. Participants may enter multiple times with separate valid invoices.

4.4. Participants must provide complete and accurate contact details at the time of entry. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The four (4) winners will be selected through a random computerized draw from all eligible entries received across India.

5.2. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or fails to meet verification requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at WG&SI’s discretion.

5.3. WG&SI’s decision in all matters relating to the contest and winner selection shall be final and binding.

6. Prize Redemption & Travel Conditions

6.1. Travel dates will be determined solely by WG&SI and communicated to the selected winners.

6.2. Winners must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel.

6.3. WG&SI will provide visa assistance; however, visa approval remains at the discretion of the concerned embassy/consulate.

6.4. If the winner or accompanying guest is unable to travel or secure a visa, the prize will stand forfeited with no alternate compensation.

6.5. The daily allowance of ₹15,000 (for two persons) is allocated for meals, beverages, and local expenses. Any expenses beyond this limit shall be borne solely by the winner.

7. General Terms

7.1. Participants may be required to present the original invoice for verification.

7.2. WG&SI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.3. WG&SI may use the winners’ names, photographs, and contest-related content for promotional purposes where permitted by law, without additional compensation.

7.4. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7.5. All disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
